At Lyne, we’re committed to delivering your favorite fragrances safely, swiftly, and smoothly across Pakistan. Please review the following shipping terms before placing your order.
1. Delivery Areas
We currently ship all across Pakistan, including major cities and remote areas.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
2. Delivery Time
- Standard delivery time: 2 to 5 business days
- Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be processed on the next business day
- Delivery times may vary slightly based on location, courier availability, or public holidays
3. Shipping Charges
- Flat-rate shipping fee: PKR 200
- Free shipping on orders above PKR 4000
- All shipping fees are calculated and shown at checkout before payment.
4. Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours after confirmation
- Once your order is packed and dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS, email, or WhatsApp
5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
- Cash on Delivery is available nationwide
- Please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel and make full payment at the time of delivery
- If an order is refused upon delivery without valid reason, future orders may require pre-payment
6. Delays & Exceptions
While we do our best to meet delivery timelines, Lyne is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Courier company issues
- Weather disruptions or road blockages
- Incomplete or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
- Force majeure events (e.g., strikes, natural disasters)
7. Damaged or Missing Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, opened, or items are missing, please report it to us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or unboxing video evidence.
