At Lyne, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help — within reasonable guidelines.


Returns

Due to the nature of fragrance products, we only accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product was damaged or leaked upon delivery.
  • You received the wrong item.
  • The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please share unboxing videos or clear photos as proof of damage or discrepancy. Without evidence, we cannot process a return.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Opened or used perfumes
  • Products purchased on sale or during promotional campaigns
  • Fragrances that did not meet personal scent preferences

Perfume is a personal item, and we encourage reading product descriptions before purchasing.


Refunds

If your return is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued as store credit, replacement, or via bank transfer (in rare cases), depending on the situation.
  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product (if applicable).

We reserve the right to refuse returns if the product appears used or tampered with.


Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of placement. Once packed or shipped, cancellations are not possible.
